Job Description Flam is the AI-native content platform taking the internet beyond video. We generate life-like immersive visuals and fluid interactions — streamed applessly in under 300ms — powering advertising, commerce, and communication for Fortune 500 brands. Our proprietary model family (Fable, Fantom, Falcon) sits at the intersection of generative AI, real-time rendering, and enterprise GTM. We're early, fast-moving, and defining a new content format category from scratch.
n About the Role :
n We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and AI-powered creativity. You'll lead visual execution across campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor a junior designer, and help shape a future-ready design language for a fast-growing AI brand.
n Key Responsibilities :
n n Own and execute end-to-end visual design for marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
n Leverage AI design tools (e.g. generative image/video tools, AI-assisted workflows) to ideate, iterate, and scale creative output efficiently.
n Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that align with brand strategy and business goals.
n Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
n Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touch points.
n Mentor and manage a junior designer, providing feedback,



reviews, and creative direction.
n Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
n Stay updated with emerging design, AI, and marketing trends.
n n Requirements:
n n 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing teams or creative agencies
n Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling
n Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and openness to experimenting with current workflows
n Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant AI design platforms
n Experience working with well-known or large brands and high-visibility campaigns
n Strong communication and presentation skills
n Ability to manage timelines, handle feedback, and work independently
n Prior experience guiding or managing a junior designer

n Motion design, video, or campaign storytelling skills
