Job Description:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

- 7–10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG

- Plan and oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets

- Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, maintenance, HR, and logistics for seamless workflow

- Prepare monthly production budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

- Implement and monitor production schedules, resource planning, and inventory control

- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDCA, GMP, ISO, labor laws, and environmental guidelines etc.

- Lead factory audits and liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and process optimization

- Recruit,



train, and manage staff while ensuring workplace safety and discipline

- Report operational metrics and key performance indicators to senior management

- Robust leadership, planning, and organizational skills

- In-depth understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety norms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and manufacturing planning tools

- Familiarity with government regulations and audit protocols
