Job Summary:

The Shift In charge cum Production Senior Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating production activities during a designated shift. This includes overseeing the work of production staff, ensuring productive operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. The role involves a combination of leadership, planning, and execution to drive optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Management:

- Coordinate and supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift.

Production Planning:

- Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely and efficient production schedules.
- Monitor production plans and make adjustments as necessary to meet targets.

Quality Control:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.





Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Safety Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

Communication:

- Effectively communicate production goals, targets, and expectations to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production processes.

Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve any production-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problems.

Experience & Skills:

- 4+ Years experience in production management, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team-building capabilities.
