Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale building and township projects.
- Ensure compliance with NBC norms, IS codes, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
- Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, and execution methods.
- Supervise contractors/vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/coordination issues effectively.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for statutory approvals.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, and ELV systems.
- Proven track record in residential, commercial, and township projects.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
