Job Description:

Experience Required: Candidate should have 5-8 years of hands-on Project experience in RockwellPLC systems(studio 5000) and Safety PLCs and added advantage on Siemens expertise with a total experience 5+ years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to handle Multiple Projects with a team or Individual based on project complexity.

- Experienced in working with rockwell Automation Products on PLC L84es / safety PLC/ Factory talk view /FT studio /PF527 drives and TIA Portal Siemens PLC software for S7 1500 , Simatic Manager software along with simulation, Wincc Classic , g120 drives

- Knowledge of software products & licensing of rockwell and siemens Automation Products

- OPC-DA/UA – Kepware Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of Batch management system (any area)

- PLC logic expertise, project strength.

- Basic knowledge regarding Database Management eg MSSQL, MySQL,

- Experience of unit testing of SCADA Developing & maintaining tools and procedures for engineering & testing of SCADA Troubleshooting skills

- Experience in communication Protocols of TCP/IP , Ethernet IP , Profinet , Modbus, RS232

- Practical knowledge of Hardware equipment's, IO testing , I/O bus systems (Ethernet IP,Profibus, Profinet communication interface)

- Must possess the skill to create/read the software requirements , P&I; diagram and able to convert them into working software independently.

- Should be able to document the developed software and its functionalities for readability.





- Must have commissioning experience in interfacing 3rd party systems like scanners , weighing scale, Drives

- Must possess PLC Programming skills in RA and siemens on languages STL||LAD|SCL| FBD)

- Able to understand and do programming in STL’s and SCL indirect addressing will be added advantage.

- Interact/co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary teams such as Hardware, Mechanical, High level controls team, IT team , internal/external customers to ensure proper functioning of the products delivered, commissioning, integration, and handover of systems.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and managerial skills to handle team and delegate work howsoever would be sole responsible for its outcomes .

- To be Proactive and ability to work independently.

- Willing to travel and be able to work in multicultural workplace within India and Abroad based on project influence .

- Can work along with a team as a development engineer for R&D; projects.

- Ensure process compliance, quality, and lead time for the project work for self and team members.

- Knowledge of Tyre Industry domain can be added advantage.

- Experience in Development of software/library is a very much preferred.

- Competence development, Support in knowledge sharing, and improve process & tooling part

- Skills on handling Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, Power Point is mandatory

- Customer Fronting and handling

IT skills:

- Should have knowledge on hyper V -VM / OS creation and networking skills

- Min knowledge in configuring Layer 2 switches for OT network . concepts
