Job Description:
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues to senior management.
2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
3. Identify legal risks and propose appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.
4. Advise on contract terms and conditions, ensuring legal protection for the organization
5. Develop strategies for dispute resolution and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
6. Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedent, and provide summaries of findings to attorneys.
7. Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant organizations.
