11/5/24 HPS/2024/284 Coating Operator Male 1 1to 2 ITI Fitter

- Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience
- Must have experience in operating Coating machines
- Experience in machine setting and operation.
- Records and maintains the production batch record during the coating operation.
- Observes machine gauges and equipment calibration status and reports any deviations to Superiors.
- Operates auxiliary equipment used in coating pans and Spray Gun setup.
- Cleans and organizes coating room, checks and verifies weight of tablets received from Compression, reports Quality Incidents/Alerts/deviation.
- Weighs and divides coating solution in number of parts as per production batch record.
- Checks and verifies coating material dispensed before making coating solution as per production batch record.
- Ensure a secure work environment by following all safety procedures,



work Instructions and company guidelines, and rules, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), standard operating procedures (SOPs) applying to a process or area, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Experience in handling the equipment like FBD, FBP, RMG, Blender etc
- Make entries in BMR Log Books
- Know about IPQC instruments
- Hands on responsibility of keeping the machine and adjoining areas clean
- Adequate knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance of machines
- Responsibility of adhering to all preventive maintenance schedule
- Consistently meeting production plans
- Responsibility of batch changeover and product changeover
