Job Title: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Brief Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our crane rental business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching cranes, managing operators and riggers, ensuring equipment maintenance and safety, and maximizing operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and dispatch cranes and operators to job sites
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of crane operators and riggers.
* Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Manage inventory of rigging and lifting equipment.
* Optimize crane utilization and minimize downtime.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.




* Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in crane operations or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of crane safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Familiarity with Indian regulations related to crane operations. (Insurance, RTO, WC Policy, Inspections, Safety, Road tax, etc).

Other Requisites :

a) Salary: 25,000 to 35,000
b) Candidates from states other than Chhattisgarh are preferred
c) Experience of a minimum of 5 years
