Job Description:

· HR EXECUTIVES-(CONTRACT LABOUR MGMT)---(MALE ONLY)

· Experience :2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Contract LabourManagement

- Daily coordination with third-party manpower agencies

- Ensure Manning Requirements are fulfilled on a daily basis

- Monitoring and verification of contractor billing &attendance;

- Statutory Compliance updates (ESIC, PF, CLRA, )

- Handle contractor grievances and build strong vendor relationships

- Maintain all required documentation for audits and inspections

- Track and analyze workforce productivity &cost;

- Support in monthly MIS & reports for contract workforce

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/Post Graduate in HR / Industrial Relations

- Experience in contract workforce handling

- Solid knowledge of labour laws & statutory norms

- Good communication, reporting & Excel skills

- Must be male due to field coordination requirements
