We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead end-to-end garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production, quality, manpower, productivity, cost control, compliance, and on-time delivery, ensuring efficient factory performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall factory operations from production planning to finished goods dispatch

- Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of targets

- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and production output

- Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations

- Drive quality standards, defect reduction, and rework control

- Optimize manpower deployment and workforce productivity

- Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR

- Monitor production costs, wastage, overtime, and operational expenses

- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement

- Ensure factory compliance with safety, labour, and customer requirements

- Develop production teams and build a performance-driven culture

- Prepare and review factory MIS, production reports, and KPIs
