Assess practical Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) project experience - Check their individual responsibilities, challenges faced, and how they resolved them. Candidates should be able to explain not only the technical implementation, but also the business context of the integration. They should clearly articulate the business requirement, the purpose of the integration, and the source and target systems involved.

Validate experience with high-volume data integrations: Both batch and transaction based. Usage of ATP DB for validation and transformation. Confirm whether the candidate has implemented bulk data loading into Oracle Fusion using FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, or other approaches. How they handled performance optimization, large file processing, error handling, and reprocessing.

Verify Oracle ATP experience Ensure the candidate has worked with Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) in OIC integrations.

Check their knowledge on OIC service limits. The challenges they faced in their projects due to any limit constraint





Validate Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud knowledge Confirm that the candidate has worked with Oracle ERP Cloud modules (such as Finance, SCM, PIMS etc.) and understands the associated business processes rather than only the technical integration aspects.

Verify security implementation experience Ask about authentication mechanisms used with Oracle ERP Cloud (OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, JWT, etc.), along with experience in designing secure integrations, role-based access, and controlled access for business users.

Look for real-world problem-solving examples Request specific examples where the candidate handled production issues such as partial FBDI failures, bulk load failures, integration performance bottlenecks, migration issues
