- Server platform administration expertise (Dell / Cisco preferred)
- Virtualization platforms: Nutanix AHV and VMware vCenter
- Broad OS knowledge across Linux and Windows platforms
- ServiceNow operational ownership (Incident, Task, Change, Vulnerability Remediation)
- Patch and maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution oversight PLUS Database and Middleware
- Workforce, capacity, and resource scheduling across offshore teams
- Time sensitive problem solving, escalation handling, and RCA leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, including Rally based delivery tracking
