Job Description:

- Assist in coordination and delivery of multiple projects within tight timeframe and deadline:

- o Provide support in Advising clients on complex tax matters.

- o Help Senior Manager/Director lead tax engagements. Effectively manage

- submissions, assessment, and appeal hearings before the CIT(A), Tribunals, High

- Court, Supreme Court.

- o Contribute to Tax risk management and assurance processes under guidance of

- senior team members and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.

- o Assist in Overseeing the resource chargeability.

- Managing Client and deliverables through quality results:

- o Support senior team members in fee negotiations and discussions on scope for

- business across clientele.

- o Support in gathering and analyzing Business Intelligence related to Direct Tax.

- o Build the firm's market visibility and client experience by creating & maintaining

- solid independent relationships with clients.

- o Build & nurture an effective working relationship with Tax authorities, business

- & functional heads and ensure close involvement of the local & international tax

- teams and external service providers under guidance of senior team members.
