We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial controls. The role will support business decision-making and ensure adherence to statutory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Review reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.
Support business heads with financial analysis and MIS reporting.
Ensure implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
Lead and mentor finance team members.
Requirements
CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
7 10 years of relevant finance experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
