Job Description:

- Possess a robust understanding of corporate accounting, including accounting entries related to equity investments and mutual funds using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.

- Demonstrate working knowledge or practical experience in accounting for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

- Record and maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly financial closures for multiple clients in accordance with established timelines.

- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports, while ensuring timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliances through the respective online portals.

- Reconcile Form 26AS, Annual Information Statement (AIS), and annual GST returns with the books of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Process and execute banking transactions for multiple clients through various banking portals under the maker-checker framework,



after obtaining the necessary approvals from clients and management.

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for multiple clients, ensuring proper filing, easy retrieval, and a robust audit trail.

- Prepare and share periodic MIS reports for multiple clients, including investment portfolio summaries, revenue and expense analysis against budgets, fixed asset registers, and statutory compliance trackers (GST, TDS, PF, etc.) with the Senior Accountant.

- Assist in the timely completion of statutory and tax audits by coordinating with auditors, providing the required documentation, and supporting the preparation and filing of annual Income Tax Returns for individuals and corporate entities.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
