Job Description:

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

- Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and improve overall test coverage.

- Validate Salesforce functionality including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Reports, Flows, Validation Rules, and user permissions.

- Test Salesforce integrations with external applications and systems.

- Perform API testing and data validation where required.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.





- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Execute regression testing following Salesforce releases, deployments, and configuration changes.

- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members.

- Analyze automation failures and troubleshoot issues related to test scripts, test data, and application changes.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA automation framework and testing processes.
