- We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics / MSBI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise analytics solutions, reverse-engineering complex legacy data systems, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- The role requires robust technical ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams. Experience with GCP and modern cloud data technologies is highly preferred.
- Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create solid business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency. Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc.




- Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts
- Design and implement new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption
- Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and T-SQL
- Proven experience in ETL, data integration, data modeling, and Microsoft BI
- Experience analyzing, reverse-engineering, troubleshooting, and documenting complex legacy data systems
- Strong understanding of SSAS cubes, SSIS packages, SQL Server databases, and BI architectures
- Ability to design and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and analytics solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing deep-dive data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and analytics solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical documentation skills, including system architecture, data flows, dependencies, and business logic
- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in MSBI/SQL Server environments
- Proficiency in SQL and preferably Python/R for data analysis and automation
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Dash Enterprise
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders




- Ability to work independently with strong technical ownership and autonomy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within Finance/FinTech IT environments

Experience Required:

- Senior Associate Exp: 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
- Must have proven experience in analysing, reverse-engineering, and documenting complex, legacy data systems. This is a lead-level role requiring technical ownership and autonomy.
- PRIMARY SKILLS REQUIRED: - Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) - Microsoft SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) - Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - T-SQL - Microsoft SQL Server

Experience Preferred:

- Skilled experience within the Finance / FinTech - IT domain.

Additional Information :

- Lead the technical decoding and reverse-engineering of legacy SSAS cubes and SSIS packages.
- Create comprehensive, high-quality documentation of the existing platform's architecture and business logic.
- Act as the subject matter expert to support the design and development of new data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide hands-on operational support for the production MSBI setting, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Propose technical solutions and clearly communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders.
