ETT Career Move is a specialist technology recruitment firm working with customers across India, Australia and global markets. With plans to expand into current markets and technology practices, we're looking for a Technology Recruiter Niche & Senior Hiring to join our remote India team.

We're looking for someone who knows how to find passive, niche and senior talent, uses multiple sourcing channels, has genuine conversations with candidates, and can work directly with clients to close difficult roles.

What you'll do

- Source creatively across LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, databases and other channels
- Work on niche & senior technology roles across AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IAM, DevOps and Architecture
- Engage candidates beyond the usual screening script and understand their career motivations
- Assess candidates for real fit, not just keyword matches




- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, calibrate profiles and drive roles to closure
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years of technology recruitment experience
- Has handled niche, specialist and/or senior hiring
- Is comfortable recruiting passive candidates
- Doesn't rely solely on job portals
- Can have intelligent conversations with both candidates and clients
- Is curious, persistent and willing to experiment with new sourcing approaches
