Job Description:
- NFR Strategy in Change: Drive and continuously improve NFR impact assessments and risk management frameworks to support seamless change delivery across the IWPB portfolio.
- Data Control & Governance: Partner with the Group Data Office to design and implement IWPB-specific Data Control Impact Assessments, ensuring active risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Portfolio Assurance: Collaborate with Portfolio Assurance and Business Risk & Resilience teams to design and evaluate continuous monitoring frameworks for Tier-1 portfolios.
- Transformation Collaboration: Support the Transformation Leadership team in embedding recent, optimized ways of working that balance agility with rigorous risk management.
