- Develop and implement welfare policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Address employee concerns regarding welfare and work towards effective solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Conduct training sessions on labour issues, OHSAS, and other relevant topics for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve employee conflicts and promote a harmonious work setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in managing welfare programs and addressing labour issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution.
- Certification in OHSAS or relevant field would be a plus.
