Job Description Designation – Expert Insurance Operations
n Experience – 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
n Job location – Pune, Maharashtra
n n Robust experience in end-to-end policy admin and claims processing within the US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
n Hands-on expertise across the complete claim's lifecycle, including:
n n Policy Admin:
n n New Business processing
n Endorsement processing
n Underwriting Support
n Policy Issuance
n n Claims:
n n First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
n Claim Validation
n Claim Assessment & Investigation
n Claim Adjudication and Decision Making
n Claim Approval, Settlement, and Closure
n n n Experience in Premium Audit processes will be an added advantage.
n Knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, or other Property & Casualty insurance operations is desirable.
n Candidates with relevant insurance domain certifications will be preferred.
n Must be Willing to work in US shifts, including night shifts.
