n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Travel Consultation & Client Understanding
n n Understand client preferences, travel style, pace, budget, dietary needs, and special requests.
n Conduct detailed discovery calls to uncover what clients truly want.
n Present options clearly and confidently.
n n 2. Itinerary Design & Curation
n n Craft highly bespoke itineraries with immersive experiences, local touches, scenic routes, and thoughtful recommendations.
n Research destinations, hotels, experiences, transfers, and curated add-ons.
n Create visually appealing, structured itineraries aligning with Amaavi's storytelling style.
n n 3. Coordination & Booking
n n Work with hotels, DMCs, local partners, guides, and internal teams to arrange all trip elements.
n Ensure seamless coordination of flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and restaurant reservations.
n Prepare final travel documents in a polished, brand-consistent format.
n n 4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
n n Offer proactive communication and updates to clients throughout planning and travel.
n Build long-term relationships with Amaavi travellers and encourage repeat travel.




n Keep a calm, solution-oriented attitude when handling unexpected travel issues.
n n 5. Operations & Collaboration
n n Work closely with the Visa, Flights, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
n Maintain data, records, and inputs in our internal trackers.
n Participate in brainstorming sessions for new destinations, experiences, and products.
n n What We're Looking For
n Experience & Skills
n n 1–3 years of experience in travel planning, operations, itinerary design, or customer-facing roles (freshers with a solid passion for travel may be considered).
n Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
n Good knowledge of global destinations
n Strong sense of structure, organisation, and time management.
n Ability to multi-task across multiple clients & itineraries.
n Creative thinking with attention to detail.
