Profile: Product & QA Analyst

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

`Requirements & Backlog

- Engage US-based stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
- Groom and prioritize the backlog; run sprint planning and stand-ups

Quality Assurance

- Design and personally execute test cases for every sprint release
- Log and track defects to closure; apply quality gates before release
- Use AI tools to speed up test case generation and coverage

Delivery Tracking

- Track sprint velocity, timelines, and release readiness
- Maintain delivery dashboards and status reports; flag risks and blockers early

AI-First Working

- Use AI tools across requirements, testing,



and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of individual-contributor experience across Product Owner/BA and hands-on QA work, ideally in fintech or a US-facing product environment.
- Solid grip on Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and test/defect tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Comfortable personally writing and executing test cases, not just overseeing others
- Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your workflow
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable working directly with US stakeholders
- Fintech or financial services experience is a plus
