Company Description Well Then So | Design Studio is a Goa-based practice dedicated to transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing, highly functional environments. Founded by Jannat Chopra, the studio provides interior design, furniture design, architectural design, and end-to-end execution services for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at the studio’s Bardez location, collaborating closely with the design lead and project team. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed space plans, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for various project types. The role involves preparing drawings and presentations, communicating design intent to clients and contractors, and supporting the execution of work on site to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.



The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, manage project documentation, and help maintain a consistent design language across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, creative design solutions.
Knowledge of Architecture and understanding of how interior design integrates with architectural elements and building systems.
Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for contractors and vendors.
Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.
Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Ability to work in office in Bardez, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and interact confidently with clients and contractors.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and strong visualization skills.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects within defined budgets and timelines.
