n Position: Channel Partnership – HRMS
n Experience: 3–8 Years
n Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
n Working Days: Monday–Friday
n Role Summary:
n Join a growing software company offering Bharat Payroll, a cloud-based HRMS & Payroll solution. The role involves onboarding and managing channel partners, providing product training, supporting the sales cycle, and driving revenue through partner networks.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Recruit and onboard channel partners.
n Conduct HRMS product demos and training.
n Support partners from lead generation to deal closure.
n Build strong partner relationships and drive sales.
n Track partner performance and sales pipeline.
n Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
n Organize partner engagement programs and webinars.
n n Required Skills:
n n Experience in B2B/Channel Sales or SaaS/HRMS sales.
n Robust communication and negotiation skills.
n Knowledge of HRMS/SaaS solutions.
n CRM and MS Office proficiency.
n Target-driven and relationship-focused.
