Job Description Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive
n Experience: 3–5 Years | Industry: Freight Forwarding / E-Commerce
n Shift: US Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM | Working Days: Mon–Fri
n CTC: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.
n Prepare and verify customer invoices, pricing, shipping charges, credit notes, and revised invoices for accuracy and compliance.
n Monitor AR Aging, outstanding receivables, payment due dates, credit limits, and customer payment trends.
n Drive collections through email and phone follow-ups; send payment reminders, negotiate approved payment plans, and escalate delinquent accounts.
n Record and apply customer payments; resolve unapplied cash, short/overpayments, refunds, and reconciliation issues.
n Handle customer account queries, billing disputes, deductions, and remittance advice, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
n Support credit control, including creditworthiness reviews, credit limit monitoring,



credit holds, and account releases.
n Prepare AR Aging, collection status, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports; analyze overdue balances and collection trends.
n Support month-end/year-end closing, AR ledger reconciliation, audits, compliance, and documentation.
n Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
