Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Pre/ Tele Sales Representative to generate qualified leads through tele-calling, follow-ups, networking, and business development activities. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and scheduling consultations for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Schedule client consultations/site visits for the sales team.
Conduct field visits to residential communities, commercial establishments, events, and business hubs for lead generation.
Build referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
Deliver an excellent customer experience during the pre-sales stage.
Achieve monthly lead generation and consultation targets.
Eligibility
Graduate preferred.
4–7 years of experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales mindset are welcome.
Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
Working Schedule
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Mandatory working days
