We are looking for a Tester with 3-5 years of experience with the following skills and responsibilities:
Key Requirements:

Robust understanding of Software Testing concepts, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
Experience in Channel Testing (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Banking, etc.)
Hands-on experience in Agile Testing and Agile project environments
Good knowledge of test case design, execution, defect lifecycle management, and regression testing
Basic reporting skills and ability to provide project status updates

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure successful test case execution while maintaining organizational quality standards
Maintain work allocation and reporting structure
Manage and maintain repository of test results and project-level changes
Adhere to workplace discipline and organizational standards
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to the Test Manager and Project Manager
Track defects, coordinate with stakeholders, and support timely issue resolution
Prepare basic test execution and defect status reports
