n We are hiring for an Affiliate Sales Executive / Affiliate Marketing role.
n Location: Mumbai
n Experience: 2+ Years
n CTC: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA
n Key Responsibilities:
n Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and media partners.
n Develop and execute affiliate sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and partners.
n Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CPS, ROAS, and ROI.
n Negotiate commission structures and promotional campaigns with affiliate partners.
n Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
n Coordinate with internal marketing and performance teams for seamless campaign execution.
n Required Skills:
n 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing/Affiliate Sales.
n Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Partnerize, Rakuten, Awin, Admitad
n Robust understanding of affiliate performance metrics and campaign optimization.
n Experience in publisher/influencer management and partner acquisition.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n Agency experience is preferred.
