Job Description Role Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027).
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies.
n Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts.
n Create customized wedding packages and experiences.
n Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings.
n Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events.
n n Qualifications & Skills:
n n Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management.
n 10 -15 years' experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales.
n Solid network of wedding planners and agencies.
n Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
