n · Position: Associate
n Must possess experience in working with law firms in Mumbai with ability to work in a team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
n Litigation Experience:
n o Drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
n o Familiarity with briefing senior counsel and assisting in court proceedings.
n o Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
n o Sound drafting and advisory skills, and the ability to independently handle matters with minimal supervision.
