n Key Responsibilities
n n Build, lead, and manage teams of 20–50 members across multiple functions.
n Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs.
n Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
n Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients.
n Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
n Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism.
n Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines.

n n 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management.
n Strong expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking.
n Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations.
n Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
n Superior communication skills – both verbal and written.
n Client handling and stakeholder management exposure.
n Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
