n LabelBlind Solutions Pvt. Ltd., established in 2023, is pioneering the digitisation of food labelling compliance for domestic and international markets through its flagship platform FoLSol. We work with leading food companies across packaged food, fresh food, nutraceuticals, e-commerce, and exports to ensure compliance with evolving global regulatory standards.
n LabelBlind is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
n Role Overview
n The Accountant will be responsible for:
n n Maintaining books of accounts and managing day-to-day accounting operations
n Preparing financial statements and MIS reports
n Managing financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow
n Overseeing taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
n Supporting internal and external audits
n Managing client outstandings and payment follow up
n n Admin Responsibilities
n n Compliance Coordinationwith Consultants - CA, Company Secretary, Labour Laws, Other Statutory Laws
n Vendor management records,



invoices, issue resolution
n Managing Office supplies
n n Ideal Candidate
n n A qualified professional with an proven track record in managing company accounts, financial management, and book-keeping
n String in record keeping
n Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with a steady career graph and a good professional reputation
n Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, compliance, and financial management
n n Educational Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (essential)
n Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
n n Key Skills Required
n n Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
n Sound understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and company law compliance
n Ability to prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and MIS
n Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
n High integrity, attention to detail, and reliability
