Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
n Responsibilities
n n Lead the IoT devices commissioning
n Perform site survyes with heavy focus on HVAC within Buildings and Indsutries
n Manage cable laying and panal building
n Set project timeline
n Monitor project deliverables
n Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
n Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
n Manage clients, vendors, colleagues from software and hardware background
n n Qualifications




n n Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
n Robust business acumen in project planning and management
n Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
n Ability to manage tough conversation and negotiations with vendors
n n Experience
n n 5-10 years of experience in BMS/IoT systems commissioning
n Hands on experience on drawing creation
n Excellent skills in MS Excel or other project management tools
n One of the PLC or native IoT programming skills
n Desired: Delta, Honneywell
n n Salary
n n 6 to 10 lacs per annum
