n About the Role
n As our operations expand across major industrial plants — refineries, steel, cement, power, and chemical facilities — we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Site Mobilization Manager. This role ensures smooth mobilization of workforce and resources by maintaining compliance checklists, coordinating with plants, and preparing all documentation before deployment.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Develop and maintain compliance checklists for each client and state.
n Coordinate with plant teams to ensure readiness before mobilization.
n Verify and prepare all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and statutory documents.
n Ensure contractor compliance with industrial regulations and site-specific requirements.
n Liaise with clients to address compliance queries and documentation needs.
n Track mobilization timelines to avoid deployment delays.
n Maintain records of compliance submissions and approvals.
n Support site teams during mobilization and ensure adherence to safety standards.




n n Required Qualifications
n n Graduate in Engineering/Management or related discipline.
n 3–5 years of experience in industrial contractor compliance, EHS documentation, or site mobilization.
n Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
n Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
n Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience in refineries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or chemical plants.
n Familiarity with statutory compliance and contractor documentation.
n Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
n Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
