About Usn At Hoomanely, we're building continuous health monitoring infrastructure for pets - turning sensor data from our vBus mesh into signals that catch illness before it becomes a crisis. We're at an early and pivotal moment: the product works, the data is real, and we're making it legible and trustworthy for the people who love their animals most.
About the Rolen We're looking for a Product Designer to define how design works at Hoomanely - the system, the process, and the standards. As our first designer, you'll work directly with the CEO and co-founders, translating complex pet-health data into calm, clear, and actionable experiences for pet parents.
What You'll Don n Design systems that surface pre-symptomatic health signals to non-clinical users without triggering false anxiety or alert fatigue.
n Translate sensor data from our vBus mesh into actionable daily summaries that pet parents can understand and act on.
n Build the EverWiz app (iOS/Android) and companion web experience, from real-time health dashboards to onboarding flows.
n Create the design system and UI guidelines that will scale with the product and team.
n Define motion and micro-interaction patterns that make health data feel alive, not clinical.
n Design for ambiguity: AI-generated insights and probabilistic outputs that need to earn user trust.




n You Might Be a Fit If...n n You have 5-8+ years of UI/UX or product design experience across mobile apps and web platforms.
n You have a strong portfolio of data-heavy applications - healthcare, wellness, finance, or another domain where information density and clarity coexist.
n You're highly proficient in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
n You have a solid grasp of information architecture for complex, multi-state systems.
n You're comfortable designing around AI-generated insights and probabilistic outputs - you find them intellectually engaging, not intimidating.
n You know user research fundamentals, including usability testing, interviews, and synthesis.
n You can move between strategy and pixels: present a design rationale to the CEO and ship production-ready specs to engineers in the same week.
n Bonus: motion design experience, or a background in hardware/IoT, connected wellness, or consumer electronics.
