n Key Responsibilities
n Teaching & Learning
n n Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the curriculum and Kunskapsskolan's personalized learning philosophy.
n Develop age-appropriate, hands-on, inquiry-led learning experiences that encourage observation, experimentation, and critical thinking.
n Integrate cross-curricular connections and real-life applications into Science instruction.
n Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
n Foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and environmental awareness in the classroom.
n Use technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences.
n n Student Development
n n Monitor, assess, and document student progress through formative and summative assessments.
n Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.
n Encourage scientific inquiry, independent thinking, and reflective learning.
n Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom setting that promotes student wellbeing.
n n Planning & Administration




n n Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, assessments, and learning resources.
n Maintain student records, assessment data, and progress reports.
n Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school initiatives.
n Ensure laboratory safety and the appropriate use of science materials and equipment.
n n School Engagement
n n Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
n Participate actively in school events, field trips, exhibitions, assemblies, and co-curricular programmes.
n Contribute to the implementation of Kunskapsskolan's coaching and mentoring culture.
n n Qualifications
n n Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Life Sciences or related discipline).
n Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
n Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Primary School.
n Experience in CBSE, Cambridge, or IB curriculum will be an advantage.
n CTET qualification will be preferred for CBSE positions.
