n Role Overview
n Support financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals
n • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
n • Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis




n • Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking
n • Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives
n • Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements
n Skills & Competencies
n • Robust analytical skills and finance fundamentals
n • Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
n • Good communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments
n Qualification & Experience
n • B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
n • 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS
n Key Attributes
n • High ownership, detail-oriented, proactive team player
