Job Title: IT Commercial Head

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

We are seeking an experienced IT Commercial Head to lead and govern the organization's Commercial Technology landscape. This role will be accountable for delivering business value through enterprise platforms including Salesforce.com (SFDC), Marketo, Adobe Commerce, customer-facing web applications, and SAP-integrated commercial solutions. You will drive strategic transformation initiatives, support business growth, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology capabilities across the Commercial ecosystem.

A key focus of the role will be leading the replacement and transition of the existing Commercial technology landscape, ensuring successful separation from legacy systems while establishing a future-ready platform that supports long-term business objectives.

What you will do

- Act as the lead IT partner for Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Service, and Digital teams. Own the Commercial IT ecosystem including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Adobe Commerce, customer-facing web applications, reporting solutions,



and SAP integrations
- Lead governance, strategy, delivery, and adoption of Salesforce.com capabilities. Drive customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and sales process effectiveness.
- Enable campaign management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer engagement programs and ensure integration across Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, SAP, and web channels
- Partner with Digital teams to lead Adobe Commerce (Magento) strategy, delivery, and operational excellence. Enable B2B and B2C eCommerce capabilities, customer journeys, product management, pricing, promotions, and online sales growth.
- Ensure robust integration between Commercial platforms and SAP. Support end-to-end business processes covering customer data, pricing, inventory, orders, transactions, and reporting
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate global teams, business functions, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance across all Commercial applications, customer data platforms, and digital channels. Govern access controls, workflow approvals, integrations, and audit requirements

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in complex global organizations.
- Proven experience leading Commercial IT, CRM, eCommerce, and Digital platform landscapes.
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC), Marketo, Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and vendor management capabilities.
