n We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
n Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
n Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant marketing solutions.
n Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product presentations.
n Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
n Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM.
n Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
n Visit clients occasionally, as per business requirements,



to strengthen business relationships.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related sales roles.
n Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling.
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
n Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
n Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional client visits.
n Own conveyance for client meetings, whenever required.
n Technical background in IT/Electronics is not mandatory; relevant sales experience is preferred.
n n Preferred Candidate Profile
n n Experience in B2B sales across any industry.
n Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
n Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
n Female candidates are preferred; however, suitable candidates will be considered based on merit.
