Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for milk and milk products across Maharashtra. The role focuses on distribution expansion, volume growth, and strong execution.
n Drive sales targets and revenue growth across the region
n Manage and expand distributor & dealer network
n Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market
n Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
n Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team
n Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively
n Build solid relationships with distributors, retailers & partners
n Coordinate with supply chain for smooth product flow
n Key Requirements
n 15-18 years of experience in FMCG sales (with min 3-4 yrs exp in Dairy)
n Strong exposure to Retail market
n In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra market
n Proven track record of achieving sales targets
n Experience in managing large teams & distributor networks
n Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
n Experience in perishable goods / cold chain management
