n Experience: 5+
n Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad
n Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
n n We are looking for 'Configured and supported SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including Taiwan payroll schema/rules, wage types, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities. Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement payroll solutions, and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
n Managed integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Perks, and third-party systems, ensuring accurate employee and payroll data flow. Performed payroll testing, defect resolution, audits, and production support while driving process improvements and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance.
