n About the Role
n Chtrbox is looking for a senior, hands-on Creative Strategist who can turn business challenges, cultural insights and audience behaviour into strong, social-first ideas.
n You will lead creative thinking across new-business pitches, integrated campaigns, social media, branded content, creator-led campaigns and original IPs. The role requires someone who can build a sharp strategic narrative, develop differentiated ideas and present them confidently to senior brand partners.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead creative strategy for pitches and integrated campaigns.
n Translate briefs into insights, campaign platforms, content ideas and execution frameworks.
n Build compelling pitch decks with a clear strategic and creative narrative.
n Develop platform-native ideas across social media, creators,



branded content and offline activations.
n Track culture, consumer behaviour and emerging content formats.
n Lead brainstorms and provide clear creative direction to cross-functional teams.
n Present and defend recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
n Mentor junior team members and raise the overall quality of creative thinking.
n Develop original IPs and scalable creative solutions for brands.
n n What we're looking for
n n Minimum 8 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, digital, social media or branded content.
n Strong agency experience and a portfolio of successful pitches or campaigns.
n Excellent storytelling, deck-writing and presentation skills.
n Deep understanding of digital platforms, creators, internet culture and consumer behaviour.
n Ability to balance originality with business objectives, budgets and execution realities.
n Strong leadership, collaboration and creative judgement.
