n Role Description:
n The TGT Science Teacher will deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the school's curriculum, with a focus on middle and secondary school learners.
n Responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom teaching for science subjects (with emphasis on Physics and related areas), assigning and assessing student work, and maintaining accurate academic records.
n The teacher will provide individual support where needed, manage classroom discipline, and create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
n The role also involves participating in school events, examinations,



staff meetings, and professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kothari International School, Panvel.
n Qualifications
n n Recognized as a Qualified Teacher with relevant degrees (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science and B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification).
n n n Prior experience teaching in CBSE or similar curricula is preferred.
n n n Strong foundation in Science Education, with the ability to teach core concepts clearly and effectively.
n Subject expertise in Physics and Mathematics appropriate for middle and secondary school levels.
n n n Demonstrated ability in structured Lesson Planning, including creating learning objectives, activities, and assessments.
n n n Effective classroom management, student engagement, and communication skills.
n n n Experience with activity-based and inquiry-driven teaching methodologies.
n n n Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
