About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive

sales for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have robust customer

handling, sales conversion, negotiation, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales for full-home interior projects.
- Generate, follow up, and convert qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and project expectations.
- Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Guide and support Sales Executives in achieving targets.
- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify referral and new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of sales experience,



preferably in interior/home improvement sales.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good team coordination and leadership skills.
- Solid time management and professionalism.
- Experience in full-home interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, home décor, or related
- industries is preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Interior Design, or a

related field.
