n Develop and deliver courses for B.Tech. ECE/Electronics Engineering
n Mentor and advise students in their academic and professional development.
n Utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
n Research:
n Publish research findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
n Establish a strong,



externally funded research program aligned with departmental strengths and priorities.
n Other:
n Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and activities.
n Engage with qualified organisations to promote engineering.
n Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and the broader engineering community.
n Qualifications:
n Minimum M.Tech. in ECE/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
n Ph.D. Candidates with prior teaching experience in Engineering Colleges will be preferred.
n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
