n Job Responsibilities:
n n Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.
n Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.
n Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
n Document customer interactions in the system.
n Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
n n Eligibility:
n n Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
n Excellent English communication skills.
n Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




n Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.
n Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
