n Experience: 5–10 Years
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage day-to-day proposal production workflows and coordinate project priorities.
n Oversee proposal assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
n Monitor work pipelines, team bandwidth, and resource utilization.
n Review proposal content for quality, consistency, compliance, and brand standards.
n Maintain project trackers, workload reports, and operational dashboards.
n Drive continuous process improvements and workflow optimization.
n Mentor team members and provide operational guidance.




n Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support proposal and pursuit activities.
