n As an Inside Sales Intern, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, explain suitable training programs and support them through the enrolment process.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Connect with prospective learners through phone, WhatsApp and email
n Understand candidate profiles, career goals and training requirements
n Explain DataMites programs, certifications and learning pathways
n Follow up with enquiries and support candidates through the enrolment process
n Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM
n Work closely with the sales and academic counselling teams
n Learn consultative selling, objection handling and customer engagement
n Contribute towards monthly enrolment and sales targets
n n Who Can Apply
n n Graduates or final-year students from any discipline
n Freshers interested in Sales, Business Development or EdTech
n Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
n Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
n Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
