n Eligibility Criteria:
n Graduate (Any stream).
n Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales/business development with revenue-based
n responsibilities for the US/UK market.
n Excellent communication, discovery, customer service and presentation skills (written
n and verbal) to persuasively connect with senior level decision makers.




n High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
n Outlook)
n Proven ability to maintain a steady pipeline for short/mid/long term sales goal.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs
n to position an appropriate solution.
n Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.
n Understand, monitor, and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.
n Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content
n creation, and inputs from various sources.
n Nurturing accounts and contacts through various mediums of communication.
n Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales
n processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
n Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for
n proactive bids and proposals.
